The Timeless Remedy
Mindfulness is our ability to pay attention to the present moment, with curiosity, and without judgment.
It’s the most powerful tool I know of that can help us live with greater calm, ease, and balance, time for self-care and learning to pat attention, and nurture JOY.

HOW IT WORKS:
Four 60-minute sessions, held once a week, in which you’ll learn mindfulness and meditation techniques, and we’ll explore how you can use these practices to deal with the stressors in YOUR life.
An experienced guide can teach us the basics, hold us accountable for our practice and offer guidance when you are drowning in overwhelm.
That’s where I come in.
For Adults: We’ll work together one-on-one to help you manage your stress, take care of yourself, and bring some peace and calm to your days.
I can give you personalized attention, guidance, and instruction in mindfulness and meditation so you can reduce your stress and find your joy.
Teens: We’ll work together to help you navigate the stresses of school, family, and friends, and you’ll learn powerful skills for life-long wellbeing.
A typical 60-minute mindfulness coaching call:
Check In: How is your practice going? What’s going on in your life that I should know about?
Questions: A time for YOU to ask any questions you may have…. about your practice, or about something in your life you’re hoping mindfulness can help you with.
Instruction and Coaching:
This is the heart of the call. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques that meet YOUR needs and the demands of YOUR life. This could be many different things, but common topics are self-care, stress management, self-compassion, anger management, mindful parenting, or working with difficult emotions.
Guided Meditation: A 10-minute guided meditation just for YOU, based on the weekly teaching and YOUR needs and to reduce stress. (so there’s none of the “how do I even DO this” questions!)
Reflection: What came up for you during the guided practice? How might you use this practice during your day?
Moving Forward: Support and Accountability: I am your coach and accountability partner! I’ll keep you motivated and on track, and address all your questions and concerns as you deepen your practice.
We’ll create a practice plan for your week and help you integrate the information from the session.
Guided Meditations: I will guide you through meditations during our calls
Calm and Quiet: Our sessions are a special time of self-care and nurture. You’ll learn powerful ways to access calm and stability whenever you need it.
Strength and Resilience: I wish I could make all the bad stuff go away … but I will give you powerful tools so you can bounce back from whatever life throws at you in the future!
Real-Life Change: This isn’t just navel-gazing — we’ll make sure you know how to apply these practices to make meaningful changes in your life.
