The many definitions of Joy and Happiness have led us to ask even more questions such as “How do I know if someone is in a Joyful state?”
“What can I do to become more Joyful, each day, each moment?”
Know this, that "if" you can adopt an attitude of ‘non-judgment’, or a sense of curious, open awareness without the overlay of good or bad, right or wrong, learn not to keep playing old stories in your head of the past, nor worry too much of the future, you are “Mindful”. It’s the greatest feeling of Liberation.
Start by taking the Mindfulness Questionnaire
There is a problem how we view life. Some of us wear rose-colored glasses and go through life sweeping un-resolved issues that stand between you and Joy.
Mindfulness is the connecting bridge between our mind and the present moment practices can help us to become “aware” of how you deplete energy on un-necessary issues versus what needs to be resolved.
How? We increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety, and depression. ... As we become more present in our lives and in relation to others, it can help us to make better decisions, to manage our emotions, and to be more fully engaged in life.
